Gilroy Co is a brand of Seven7 Licensing and Distribution ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit gilroyco.com.au (the "Site"), buy from us, sign up to our emails or contact us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Payment details, such as card details, transaction details and payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we don't store full card numbers.

How we collect it

This includes Shopify, which hosts our store, the payment providers that process your payments, delivery partners such as Australia Post and DHL, our email and SMS marketing provider, analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, other companies within the Seven7 group, and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights. We don't sell your personal information.

Relationship with Shopify
The Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site in order to provide and improve it. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties located outside Australia. We also use certain Shopify features that use information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. In those cases Shopify is responsible for processing that information, including responding to requests to exercise your rights. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in Canada, the United States and Ireland. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information in line with Australian privacy law.
