Returns
Gilroy Co has a 30 day return policy. You've got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unworn, with the tags on and in their original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

How to return
Email gilroyco@seven7group.com to start a return. Once it's approved, we'll send you a return label and instructions. $10 return shipping comes off your refund, or you can organise your own. Items sent back without a return request won't be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to swap something is to return it, then place a new order for what you want.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus the return label cost. Your bank may take a few days to process it.

Faulty or wrong item?
Check your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything's damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We'll make it right.
