Win a VB Golf Pack: Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Seven 7 Licensing & Distribution Pty Ltd (ABN 70 643 223 947) trading as Gilroy Co, of 8 Elite Way, Mornington VIC 3931 ("Promoter", "we", "us").
  2. Agreement to terms. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these terms. By entering, you agree to these terms.
  3. Promotion period. The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 8 November 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
  4. Who can enter. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and its related companies, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with running this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  5. How to enter. To enter, complete the online entry form at this link during the Promotion Period by providing your first name and email address, confirming you are 18 or over and agree to these terms, and agreeing to receive marketing emails from Gilroy Co. Agreeing to receive marketing emails is a condition of entry. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing after you enter will not affect your entry.
  6. Number of entries. Limit of one entry per person. Each email address can only be used once. Entrants already subscribed to Gilroy Co emails who complete the entry form during the Promotion Period are also entered. The Promoter may disqualify entries it reasonably believes are made using multiple or false email addresses or any automated means.
  7. The prize. There is one prize, a VB Golf Pack, made up of the following items from the VB x Gilroy Golf range:
    • one VB golf bag (RRP $249.99);
    • one VB golf umbrella (RRP $49.99);
    • one VB golf microfibre towel (RRP $24.99);
    • one VB golf driver head cover (RRP $49.99);
    • one VB golf blade putter cover (RRP $49.99);
    • one VB Golf Gift Box containing socks, golf balls, tees and a ball marker (RRP $39.99);
    • two VB golf tees in the winner's choice of available styles and sizes (RRP $119.98);
    • two VB golf polos in the winner's choice of available styles and sizes (RRP $179.98);
    • two VB golf caps or hats in the winner's choice of available styles (RRP up to $119.98); and
    • one limited edition VB golf putter. This item is not available for retail sale and has no RRP.
    The total prize value is up to $884.88 (incl. GST), plus the limited edition VB golf putter. No alcohol is included in the prize. Prize items, styles and sizes are subject to availability at the time the prize is claimed. If a chosen item is unavailable, the winner may choose another available style, or the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
  8. Draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 8 Elite Way, Mornington VIC 3931 at 12pm AEDT on 10 November 2026.
  9. Notifying the winner. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize and confirm their delivery details, styles and sizes. The winner's first name and state will be published at gilroyco.com.au/pages/vb-golf-pack-terms within 7 days of the draw.
  10. Unclaimed prize. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, or the winner is found to be ineligible, a redraw will take place at the same location at 12pm AEDT on 30 November 2026, and the new winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the redraw.
  11. Delivery. The prize will be delivered free of charge to an address in Australia nominated by the winner. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  12. Entry offers. Eligible entrants who subscribe to Gilroy Co emails for the first time will receive a 10% off discount code by email. The code is valid on one first order per customer at gilroyco.com.au, cannot be combined with any other offer, and is subject to the expiry date and conditions shown with the code. Entrants will also receive early access to the Gilroy Co Black Friday sale by email. Any Black Friday gift with purchase, including the VB Golf Beer Sleeve, is subject to a minimum spend and availability, with full details provided at the time of the offer. These offers are separate from the prize draw.
  13. Verification. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residency. Failure to provide it may result in the prize being forfeited and redrawn.
  14. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries or technical failures.
  15. Changes. If this promotion cannot run as planned due to any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any applicable laws, modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.
  16. Privacy. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run this promotion and, as agreed on entry, to send Gilroy Co marketing emails. Personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy at gilroyco.com.au/pages/privacy, which explains how to access or correct your information or make a complaint.
  17. Trade marks. Victoria Bitter and VB are trade marks used under licence. This promotion is conducted solely by the Promoter.
  18. Not associated with social media. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.
