Returns
Gilroy Co has a 30 day return policy. You've got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unworn, with the tags on and in their original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

How to return
Email gilroy@seven7group.com to start a return. Once it's approved, we'll send you a return label and instructions. $10 return shipping comes off your refund, or you can organise your own. Items sent back without a return request won't be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to swap something is to return it, then place a new order for what you want.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus the return label cost. Your bank may take a few days to process it.

Faulty or wrong item?
Check your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything's damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We'll make it right.

Overview
Welcome to Gilroy Co. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means Gilroy Co, a brand of Seven7 Licensing and Distribution. These terms cover your use of gilroyco.com.au (the "Site") and anything you buy from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Using the Site
By using the Site you confirm you are at least 18, or are using it with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree that the information you give us is accurate, current and complete. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You can't transfer, sell or share your account with anyone else.

Our products
We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and appearance may look different depending on your screen and device settings. Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product, and may limit the quantities available to any person or region.

Licensed brands
Many of our products feature brands, logos and artwork licensed to us by their owners. Those trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email and your payment has been processed. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to cancel or change it once accepted. If we decline, change or cancel your order, we will let you know using the contact details you gave us and refund any amount you have paid.

Orders are for personal use only, not for commercial resale. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns policy.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International orders may attract customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We may run promotions from time to time with their own terms, and if those terms conflict with these terms, the promotion terms apply.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment details, and you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk pass to you, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Intellectual property
Everything on the Site, including text, images, graphics, designs and logos, is owned by Gilroy Co, our affiliates or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any material from the Site without our written permission. Gilroy Co's name, logo and designs are our trademarks and can't be used without our permission. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third party tools and links
The Site may include tools, content or links provided by third parties. We don't control or monitor them and provide access "as is". Any use of third party tools or websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. Questions or complaints about third party products or services should go to that third party.

Relationship with Shopify
Gilroy Co is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Gilroy Co. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Gilroy Co, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Gilroy Co.

Privacy
Personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy Policy. Some information may also be handled under Shopify's Privacy Policy, because the Site is hosted by Shopify.

Reviews and feedback
If you send us reviews, ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you give us a free, worldwide, ongoing licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display it for any purpose, including marketing. You confirm your feedback is your own, is honest, discloses any incentive you received, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights or contain anything unlawful, offensive or harmful. We aren't required to keep feedback confidential, pay for it or respond to it, and we may edit or remove feedback at our discretion.

Errors
Sometimes the Site may contain errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability. We may correct any error and update information at any time. If an error affects your order, we may cancel it and give you a full refund.

Prohibited uses
You may only use the Site for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass or harm others, send false or misleading information, send spam, or impersonate anyone. You must not upload viruses or malicious code, copy or resell any part of the Site, collect other people's personal information, use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Site, or get around any security measures. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms.

Automated agents
Any software agent that accesses the Site on someone's behalf must identify itself as an agent in its user agent string ("Agent/[agent name]"), must not hide that it is automated or get around measures that tell humans and computers apart, must answer honestly if asked whether it is human, and must stop if we ask it to. We may limit how agents access the Site.

Termination
We may end your access to the Site at any time without notice. You remain responsible for any amounts owing up to that date. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, feedback, liability, indemnity and governing law, survive termination.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, information on the Site is provided for general information only, and the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, Gilroy Co, Seven7 Licensing and Distribution, Shopify and our respective affiliates, staff, partners, contractors and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product bought through it. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

Indemnity
You agree to cover us, Shopify and our affiliates, staff, partners and contractors for any third party claim, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law or third party right, or your use of the Site.

General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it. These terms, together with the policies posted on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace any earlier versions. You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent, but we may transfer ours. Headings are for convenience only.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. We will let you know about material changes as required by law. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Gilroy Co is a brand of Seven7 Licensing and Distribution ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit gilroyco.com.au (the "Site"), buy from us, sign up to our emails or contact us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

How we collect it

How we use it

Marketing
If you sign up to hear from us, we will send you emails or texts about new products, offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. We may still send you messages about your orders or account.

Who we share it with

This includes Shopify, which hosts our store, the payment providers that process your payments, delivery partners such as Australia Post and DHL, our email and SMS marketing provider, analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, other companies within the Seven7 group, and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights. We don't sell your personal information.

Relationship with Shopify
The Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site in order to provide and improve it. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties located outside Australia. We also use certain Shopify features that use information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. In those cases Shopify is responsible for processing that information, including responding to requests to exercise your rights. Overseas disclosure
